After the jump, we have the routing, which is highly exciting. The tour ends in Hartford, Connecticut, of all places, on August 5. That’s some spot to end a tour. I wonder what that thinking was. I must confess, Hartford is blessed with a glorious bad man’s club, basically right around the corner from the venue. So that’s cool. The Gold Club. Get there. If you’re bad.
I think this is a curious move. I mean, are we already going to engage in the drumming up of interest in next year’s Mayhem? While the routing is cool, why not make a big booking announcement instead? Really get people interested…if that was the purpose of the move. Anyone want to take any guesses on the next Mayhem lineup? Red Fang? Obscura? Iced Earth? Every Time I Poo? A reunited Carcass? Opeth? If Kevin Lyman really wanted to book a stellar Mayhem, he’d call me and have me get all fucking Coachella on that bitch.
